Meet Tim

Born and raised in Southern California, Tim moved to Oklahoma five years ago with his wife, Lauren, and their two amazing children, Luke and Aubrey. Tim has always had a strong work ethic and a passion for serving his community.

Tim originally earned his degree in Child Development, while also working throughout Southern California maintaining baseball fields, residential homes, and city parks. His experience taught him the importance of hard work, attention to detail, and taking pride in every job.

In 2025, Timmy Time Anytime was officially established after Tim began providing lawn and property maintenance services to more than 30 residential properties. As the business grew, so did Tim's passion for helping businesses maintain clean, welcoming, and well-kept spaces.

What started with residential lawn care quickly expanded into commercial property maintenance and janitorial services. Today, Timmy Time Anytime proudly provides services for local organizations, including First Presbyterian Church, Quail Springs United Methodist Church, and St. Mary's Episcopal Church, with some commercial properties totaling more than 120,000 square feet.

Tim believes that every property, whether it's a home, business, church, or community space, deserves to be cared for with the same level of attention and pride. His goal is simple: show up, do the job right, and leave every property better than he found it.
