Meet Tim

Tim moved here from Southern California four years ago with his wife, Lauren, and their kids, Luke and Aubrey. He's 35.

He studied child development and spent years taking care of baseball fields and city parks. Hard work, the details, pride in the job.

In 2025 he started Timmy Time Anytime. First it was lawns, more than 30 homes. Then shops, offices, and janitorial. Some of those buildings are over 40,000 square feet, including First Presbyterian, Quail Springs United Methodist, and St. Mary's Episcopal.
